Do you work with my insurance? What will the costs be for me?

We accept a wide range of commercial and Medicaid insurance plans; however, we regret to inform you we are unable to work with 1199 and Medicare insurance. Our Admissions Coordinator will collect your insurance information during the initial phone screening. Subsequently, our dedicated Billing Associate/Specialist will contact you to provide a clear breakdown of the anticipated costs for our services before your initial appointment. If you do not receive a call, it indicates that your insurance covers the costs of services.

I do not have insurance and will pay out of pocket - what then?

For an estimate of the cost of our services, kindly reach out to our office at 212-779-9207. Our estimates are determined based on the anticipated duration of the detox process. If you complete the detox earlier than expected, we will issue refunds accordingly. Conversely, if the detox takes longer than anticipated, charges will be applied on a daily basis.

I am a provider and want to refer a patient - where should I start?

Please check out Admissions page for guidance on referring a patient.

I have used your services in the past and want to return - will you accept me?

We would love to consider being a part of your recovery journey again! We understand that the road to recovery is not linear, and we are not here to judge you. Please check out the Admissions page for guidance for returning patients.

Under what circumstances would I not be able to participate in an outpatient detox?

When it comes to scheduling an in-person evaluation, we take into account a range of medical, psychiatric, and social factors. Please don't hesitate to contact our office and connect with our Admissions team, who will be delighted to assist you with any questions or concerns about the evaluation process.

What about Post Acute Withdrawal Symptoms (PAWS) - do you offer anything after detox to address these?

What if I don't have a PCP or GP? Does that mean I can't participate in your program?

Not at all. Our team supports you by offering referrals to practitioners who accept your insurance and assisting you in scheduling an appointment to establish care with a provider.

What about Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) options? What do you offer?

We offer Naltrexone (Vivitrol) and Suboxone as an MAT option. We do not use Suboxone or Methadone for detox from opioids as we use a non-opioid detox protocol; however, we can induct you onto Suboxone if that is your MAT goal.

What about maintenance of MAT - will you continue to prescribe me the medication after detox?

By joining our aftercare program, we will be available to continue to prescribe your MAT for the duration of treatment. If you are not interested in joining our aftercare program, we will provide you with a list of providers that offer ongoing MAT maintenance without (or with less) programming requirements.
